inadequate air conditioningplastic tableware
The air conditioning system proved inadequate. It seemed to operate on a schedule dictated by the hotel and i could not adjust the temperature independently. this led to discomfort during the nights as the room became stuffy. furthermore, i found the breakfast arrangement substandard. Food was served on disposable plastic plates, a practice i deem unacceptable for a hotel of this purported class. the lack of proper tableware detracted significantly from the dining experience.

the location was fine, it was close to where i needed to be.
My room was stuffy and the air conditioner barely worked. It just blew air around. Staff had to manually operate it a few times. staying near the beach shouldn't mean such low quality!

The location was great, right on Ocean Drive.
The room was small. There was no space to walk around. The bathroom had no storage at all, and there was nowhere to put a wash bag or toiletries. The front desk staff did not.!!
