noisy air conditioning staff inaction
The location was excellent.
The air conditioning was very noisy. I think the staff should disable room 312. Everything in the room shook. Staff took no action despite my report.

good breakfast superb location unique elevator
the breakfast was really good. the location is superb, a short walk to the beach. i also appreciated the vintage elevator, it was a unique feature.
the room i got was a bit small, there was not much space for luggage.

inadequate air conditioning plastic tableware
The air conditioning system proved inadequate. It seemed to operate on a schedule dictated by the hotel and i could not adjust the temperature independently. this led to discomfort during the nights as the room became stuffy. furthermore, i found the breakfast arrangement substandard. Food was served on disposable plastic plates, a practice i deem unacceptable for a hotel of this purported class. the lack of proper tableware detracted significantly from the dining experience.

some issues with the room, location is fine.
stuffy room broken air conditioner
the location was fine, it was close to where i needed to be.
My room was stuffy and the air conditioner barely worked. It just blew air around. the elevator was also a nightmare. Staff had to manually operate it a few times. staying near the beach shouldn't mean such low quality!

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
limited space unwelcoming staff
The location was great, right on Ocean Drive.
The room was small. There was no space to walk around. The bathroom had no storage at all, and there was nowhere to put a wash bag or toiletries. The front desk staff did not.!!
